Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, please provide 24hrs notice and allow a 1-2hr delivery window although we will endeavor to deliver at the time specified. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

We offer next day delivery in the Sydney metro area only from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please speak with our team members if you require delivery outside these times.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your order. As ice is a perishable product we will not accept returns for online purchases.
